Pediatric Hygiene Team

Meet Marquette Pediatric Dentistry’s Dental Hygiene Team!

Although pediatric dental hygiene is not a recognized specialty, pediatric dental hygienists are very special!  Pediatric hygienists love working with children and receive unique training to become comfortable and efficient working in a child-centric environment.  A lot of the training they receive comes from the dentist herself in areas like: behavior modification and management, Tell-Show-Do, happy visits, pediatric radiographs, child-oriented vocabulary, and clinical skills like sealant placement and pediatric cleanings.  Other child-specific training comes from yearly trips to the Chicago Mid-Winter Dental Meeting, at which our pediatric team attends classes in areas like: Treating Patients with Special Needs, The Pediatric Periodic Exam, How to Take Quality Radiographs, and Healthy Nutrition for the Mouth and Body.

Ms. Stacey has been a part of the Marquette Pediatric Dentistry family since 2009. She is a gentle and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist who loves working with children.  Stacey has been working in the dental field for 20 years! She started as an orthodontic assistant at Dr. Scott Jamieson’s office while getting her dental hygiene pre-requisites done at NMU. Stacey has been a Registered Dental Hygienist for 17 years.
Stacey wants shows every child who comes into our office kindness and compassion. She is very concerned with patient/parent education about oral health and wants to share the knowledge she has acquired over her 20 year dental career!
Stacey and her husband Brad have two children, Mardi and Cooper, and a black lab Roxie. In her spare time she likes to bike, kayak, camp, and spend time with her family.

Ms. Erin has been a part of the Marquette Pediatric Dentistry family as a Registered Dental Hygienist since 2012.  Ms. Erin graduated from Hawthorn University in 2014 with a Master’s Degree in Holistic Nutrition Education. She loves sharing her knowledge of healthy food for the mouth and whole body with her patients and their families.

At Marquette Pediatric Dentistry Ms. Erin is a kind and straightforward dental hygienist. The most rewarding aspect of her job is seeing nervous patients blossom and gain confidence after positive dental experiences with the whole team.

Ms. Erin loves spending time with her wonderful Yooper dudes, her husband Peter and dog Scout. In her spare time she loves to read, cook, fly-fish, camp, back-country ski, and binge watch 30 Rock and Friends. She is very thankful for any time she gets to spend time with her parents and grandparents who live downstate.

Ms. Becca is our fabulous dental hygiene assistant!  Ms. Becca helps our patients and their families have exceptional experiences in our office by supporting Ms. Stacey and Ms. Erin.  She clean and disinfects the Fish and Frog rooms, seats our patients, helps them pick out stickers and tattoos, educates our families on the importance of good oral hygiene, fills out paper work, and many other things too numerous to mention!
At Marquette Pediatric Dentistry we want to seat our patients on time, make sure our families get quality health care information, and ensure that our patients leave happy; Ms. Becca helps us do this!
Ms. Becca has a beautiful daughter named Rhylee, amazing husband Phil, sassy cat Trixie, and new dog named Kota; Trixie is not impressed with this development.  Becca likes to spend time with her family, read books of all kinds, watch Sunday football, and do projects around her house. Refurbishing furniture is her latest obsession!
