A Word About Insurance

To allow Dr. Erika and Dr. Melisa to make unbiased decisions that are based solely on the best interests of our patients, we do not participate directly in any dental insurance provider networks. This means you can choose the dental provider who best meets the needs of your child. Marquette Pediatric Dentistry will file your child’s insurance claim on your behalf. Your insurance company will send you a reimbursement check for procedures covered under your dental plan, typically within 7 to 10 business days.

Your Options

Option #1: 5% Prepayment Courtesy

For estimated treatment costs in excess of $200, pre-payments made in full 14 days prior to the appointment or at the time of scheduling, will receive a 5% cost reduction courtesy. Cash, check, and all major credit cards are welcome.

Option #2: 50/50

With our 50/50 plan we break the cost of your total balance in two payments. The first payment is due at the time of scheduling, and the second one at the time of the appointment.

Option #3: Easy Pay Plan

Use your favorite credit card (with "perks" to earn points) by making three equal payments. Payment #1 is due at the time of scheduling the first appointment, payment #2 is due at the end of the first completed appointment, and payment #3 is due at the end of the second completed appointment (or one month out should there be only one appointment necessary). We have found this is a favorite plan for our busy families! If the treatment takes more than three or four appointments we will break the balance down between those appointments.

Option #4: Financial Partner

Care Credit is a premier consumer financial service company delivering customized financing programs that help make the dental, health and wellness treatments and procedures you need possible today through low monthly payments tomorrow. Whether you use your healthcare credit card to cover your deductible, or to pay for treatments and procedures not covered by insurance. Care Credit is dedicated to helping people get the care they want and need. Ask us for more information.

Option #5: Pay For Treatment As Completed (Day Of)

Paying for services completed on the day of treatment is a great option for patient families with Health Savings Accounts. The amount due is calculated at the end of each treatment for work completed, and must be paid in full on the day of service.
